Mom: Good Value

Gorgeous - no. Expensive looking - no. Sturdy - reasonably. This is a nice bench that is worth what I paid for it. Delivery was quick and it was well packaged, so there was no damage. Quite a few reviews were over the moon happy with it but I wouldn t go that far. It s a nice bench that is the size and type I wanted. It IS distressed but not excessively rough.. The legs units are hollow and I would have preferred them to be solid blocks connected together, which would make it much heavier. Also, the seat is made of wooden boards, but I don t feel like they are thick enough and they are not hardwood, so the bench will not be as durable as I would like. Would I recommend it to a friend - no. Would I purchase it again - no.
