Amazon Customer: One leg keeps getting lose

I love it s look. Super cute, but one leg keeps folding under. We tried tightening the screws, but it keeps getting lose. Really disappointed because I am always self conscious when my kids sit on it. I wish company could provide a mending service as a bench super cute.
