Juanita Sanchez: Awful Purchase

I received the box pretty tore up and falling apart. I assembled it and realized the back piece of wood was broken then I sat down and put my elbow on the arm rest and that cracked the wood and created a hole then i tried the other side and it also did the same. Somehow I am suppose to return it in a broken box that was barely together when I received it. Seems like the chair was trashed and thrown all over. HATE IT
