I bought this love seat for my bedroom. It's definitely a two person build but I managed to assemble it myself in a few hours. The assembly required is actually a bit tricky so it's important to read through the steps properly. I don't have a degree in engineering but was able to build this myself so if i can do it, you can do it The fabric is a neutral wheat color and the pillows are a nice tough. The wood is decent quality and does not look cheap. I purchased this chair for 212 total so for that price i am very happy with what i got. I don't think i'd pay 400 for this love seat though. I would definitely recommend purchasing a poof/ottoman so that you can kick your feet up. This is not a "sink into your seat/lay on this love-seat for hours" type of a piece but for the money/decorative purposes, this is a great find
